The company was formed in December 2021 in Nevada, to manage its private real estate investments and land development projects in California and Maryland.
Given its founder passion for software and expertise in localization and internationalization, the company expanded the palette of services it offered to include translations and transcriptions for client agencies in Europe, United Kindgom and the United States.
Since mid 2024 Mihaela was able to focus her business's consulting efforts to the fields she masters best - as a holder of a Master's degree in Computer Science, as well as a certified Project Management Professional - namely IT & Management,
